Air Compressor Intake Replacement Filter Element AP429 A429 19P 4 3/8 X 3 X 4 3/4

AP429 (19P) Polyester Air Compressor Intake Filter Element with Foam Pre-Filter This AP429, also known as the 19P, is a premium replacement intake filter element built for demanding industrial and commercial environments where superior air filtration is essential. Designed to deliver cleaner intake air and longer service life, this element features a durable polyester fiber media enclosed between protective mesh screens, along with a removable foam pre-filter that captures larger contaminants before they reach the main filter. Specifications: • Height: 4.75" • Inside Diameter: 3" • Outside Diameter: 4.38" • Polyester filter media with removable foam pre-filter Equivalent / Replacement Compatibility: The AP429 is a direct upgrade replacement for several common paper-style elements, including A428, AP428, and 18P. It shares the same fit and dimensions as these models but provides significantly better filtration performance and reusability. Why Choose Polyester Over Paper Filters: Superior Durability: Polyester filter media resists moisture, heat, and vibration far better than traditional paper, making it ideal for compressors operating in harsh or variable environments. Extended Service Life: The synthetic fibers in polyester hold more dust without restricting airflow, allowing for longer run times between changes. Consistent Airflow: The open structure of polyester media maintains steady air passage even as it loads with dust, helping compressors run cooler and more efficiently. Added Pre-Filter Protection: The included foam pre-filter captures larger debris and can be removed, washed, and reused to further extend the life of the main element. Ideal For: Any air compressor system operating in dusty, high-demand, or industrial settings — including manufacturing plants, workshops, service vehicles, and mobile compressor units — where reliable, long-lasting filtration is required.
