Anywhere Chest

A designer friend told me once that a chest of drawers is the most versatile piece of furniture you can buy. “You can put them anywhere and in any room,” Andrea said with conviction. “Set one in the entryway or a bathroom for extra storage, or in a living room it can be a TV stand. Depending on the height and width, a pair of chests can also serve as nightstands in a bedroom.” Our reclaimed pine Anywhere Chest fits the bill as a multipurpose piece, as it sits at about counter height and its finish is a complex mid-tone weathered blue. Its drawers are shallow, easy to access, and embellished with links of round trim. Imported.
