Stress (Free of Anxiety and Stress) ~ Power Imaging/Hypnosis

Free of Anxiety and Stress — Stress is any stimulus that we interpret as stressful. The same stimulus may be pleasurable for one and highly stressful for another. In other words, we give power to those things and events we consider to be stressful. For some, an amusement park, a roller coaster ride, is a highly stressful experience. For most, it's just exciting. Within each of us is the power and ability to reinterpret our stressors and to experience much less stress and anxiety. Some stress can improve performance but too much can be terrible damaging. Chronic stress can lead to the release of stress hormones including cortisol and adrenalin. This is the body’s reaction to feeling threatened. Stress hormones can accumulate leading to long-term damage. Stress can ruin relationships, damage sleep patterns, and lead to other disruptive behaviors. Indeed, stress can interrupt the optimal operation of every system in your body. Within each of us is the power and ability to reinterpret our stressors and to experience much less stress and anxiety. The health benefits are enormous! Relieve stress and achieve a state of calm and well-being. Regardless of how much you need to get done, you will achieve more when you tackle the task in a calm, relaxed, stress-free manner. This program will help you retrain your reactions to the stressors of our world and facilitate a life free of chronic stress. In addition to the soundtrack and subliminal affirmations, there is a guided imagery program designed to put you into an altered state. In this state, the music is just one aspect of the entire experience. Usage Guide Power Imaging combines the InnerTalk subliminal affirmations with a complex, audible, guided imagery program. Power Imaging does not simply create a scene where you picture yourself succeeding; it assumes an underlying reason for your previous inability to succeed and works at both uncovering the source of the problem and in discovering the solution. Let Power Imaging take you on a true voyage of self-discovery! Power Imaging audio hypnosis programs require 45 minutes of eyes-closed imagery sessions. Simply close your eyes, put your feet up and enjoy the experience. More Information. CDH8005 Available in: Music CD - CDH8005 Downloadable MP3 - EH8005
