Sherpa Counter Stool

This counter stool pairs a French white oak base with a shearling seat, bringing structure and softness into direct alignment. The solid paneled form, built with an inset footrest, is compact and weighty, creating a strong grounding form. The shearling seat adds a soft texture without altering the underlying geometry. Offered in both counter stool and ottoman heights, the piece remains grounded and direct, with balance achieved through proportion and material contrast. When considering this piece, think of the French white oak as passionate, expressive, reactive to its environment, and  occasionally unpredictable. If you’d rather not weather the drama, our the white oak pieces from our Ojai Collection offer a calmer, more stable partnership.
