Flamingo Flower (Anthurium andraeanum)

Bold, Glossy, and Blooming Year-Round With their show-stopping heart-shaped blooms and glossy, tropical foliage, Anthuriums are the ultimate statement plant. These vibrant beauties don’t just bloom once—they produce their signature waxy flowers continuously throughout the year, bringing a pop of color and exotic flair to any room. Whether displayed on a bright desk or as a living centerpiece, Anthuriums turn heads and spark conversations. Why You’ll Love It Non-Stop Blooms – Unlike seasonal bloomers, Anthuriums flower year-round when happy. Each glossy “flower” (actually a modified leaf called a spathe) can last for weeks, with new blooms emerging regularly. Tropical Drama – Those bold, heart-shaped blooms in vivid reds, pinks, whites, and corals bring instant vacation vibes to your space. Paired with their shiny, deep green leaves, they’re pure eye candy. Low-Maintenance Luxury – Despite their exotic appearance, Anthuriums are surprisingly easy to care for. They adapt well to indoor conditions and forgive the occasional missed watering. Care Tips Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun which can scorch leaves. Water: When the top inch of soil feels dry (typically every 5-7 days). They prefer consistent moisture but not soggy soil. Humidity: Loves humidity (60-80%). Mist regularly or place near a humidifier for best results. Temperature: Prefers warmth (65-80°F). Keep away from cold drafts. ⚠️ Pet Safety: Anthuriums are toxic to cats and dogs if ingested. Display in pet-free areas.
