Ansel Arbor House Plan

Ansel Arbor is a luxury Farmhouse. Enjoy the historical charm found in the facade of this French Country Estate - stone columns, decorative shutters, multiple gables and a gracious wraparound porch. The Ansel Arbor home plan has 2889 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The unique and spacious interior of Ansel Arbor creates an open, inviting environment. At the front of the home is the formal dining room and private study. A coffered ceiling enhances the stylish study while pillars and a stepped ceiling define the formal dining room. Conveniently located nearby is the gourmet kitchen. Decorative columns line the wraparound eating bar. Past the foyer, the open kitchen and great room have French doors that expand the living area outward. A two-story coffered ceiling soars over the common living space. Tucked away on the left side of Ansel Arbor, the private master suite is a quiet retreat. Sitting under a stepped ceiling, the suite features French doors that open to the back porch, a luxe bath and walk-in closet. The master bathroom boasts his and her vanities, a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, and a separate water closet. There is also a charming window seat in the master walk-in closet. On the second floor of Ansel Arbor are two guest bedrooms and a large bonus room. The two secondary bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom that even has room for a whirlpool bathtub. The bonus room also has an optional full bathroom. The bonus room in Ansel Arbor is perfect for a home theater, game room or in-law suite. Ansel Arbor is available with a crawlspace foundation.
