Annamaet Grain Free Lean Dog Food

Did you know obesity is the number one health problem in dogs today, mimicking the trends in humans? At Annamaet, we feel there needs to be a feeding option for those dogs prone to being overweight. In consultation with a veterinary nutritionist, Annamaet Lean was formulated as a high protein, low fat, weight control diet using additional carnitine and Omega 3 Fatty Acids, without all of the added fiber. In addition to helping dogs with weight concerns, this formula will also work well for large breed puppies and has often been beneficial for dogs suffering from pancreatitis or blood lipid problems. The use of proteinated (chelated) minerals supports the immune system and optimum mineral absorption Added prebiotics and probiotics for microbiome gut health and GI support L-carnitine’s involvement in fat metabolism helps to maintain lean muscle mass and also supports healthy cognitive function Proudly made in the USA with carefully sourced ingredients and the highest quality control standards Note two feeding instructions on each bag of Annamaet Lean. For customers that want to be able to feed more to their normal & active dogs, there are “normal feeding directions” and for those dogs struggling with weight problems, there are “obese prone feeding directions.” Of course, all dogs are different and your veterinarian can help you tailor a weight maintenance program using Annamaet Lean. Annamaet Lean is formulated to meet all the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for Adult Maintenance.
