Ann Arbor - House Plan

This stunning 4 bedroom farmhouse packs a ton of features into an efficient layout and square footage.  Stepping into the main foyer off your front porch you have immediate access to a nice home office for working from home or studying. Past the staircase the living room and kitchen open up with a modern layout and huge open door to the rear patio for true indoor/outdoor living. To our right is a large lofted dining room conveniently located next to the kitchen.  Hidden to the rear of the layout is an access hallway for the 2 car garage. Off this hallway is a half bathroom, mechanical room and pantry.  Heading upstairs, a central landing provides direct access to the three secondary bedrooms, their shared bathroom and a convenient laundry closet. The extensive, luxurious primary bed suite faces the front of the house and features a massive en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and a private cozy alcove with built in seating that's perfect for reading a book before bed.
