Ankarsrum Essential Package - Nordic Sage

The Ankarsrum Assistent Original has been made in Sweden since 1940, hand-assembled in the town of Ankarsrum and individually tested before it leaves the factory. A 600-watt motor, a 7-liter stainless steel bowl and a rotating bowl system that works dough from the outside in, the way hands do. America's Test Kitchen ranked it the number one stand mixer in 2023, 2024 and 2025. The Essential Package is that same machine in a simpler box: everything you need for dough, without the whisking accessories. It handles up to 11 lbs of dough in one batch and carries a 7-year warranty on the machine base. Unboxing the Essential Package Ankarsrum's own video, opened straight from the carton.
