Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer Essential Package - Cloudy Pink

Ankarsrum Assistent Original Stand Mixer Essential Package - Cloudy Pink Swedish-made stand mixer with rotating 7 L bowl, open-bowl dough mixing, and glossy Cloudy Pink finish The Ankarsrum Assistent Original Essential Package in Cloudy Pink gives bread bakers the core tools that make the Assistent different: a rotating 7 L stainless steel bowl, adjustable dough roller, dough hook, and completely open work area. It handles up to 5 kg of dough while keeping the mixture visible and accessible from the first addition of flour through final kneading. Why Order from Design & Grace Authorized Ankarsrum retailer: Design & Grace is an authorized Ankarsrum retailer, so your mixer is genuine and backed by Ankarsrum's full manufacturer warranty. Ships from Texas: Your Ankarsrum mixer is carefully packed and shipped from our Texas facility. Real customer support: Our team can help with setup, dough mixing, accessories, and choosing the right additions for how you bake. The Assistent Original, Focused on Dough The Assistent Original rotates its stainless steel bowl beneath the mixing tools instead of moving a planetary beater through a stationary bowl. With the dough roller installed, you can watch the dough develop, adjust the roller position, and add ingredients without working around an overhead mixer head. The included dough hook provides another kneading option for dense and heavy doughs, while the dough knife continually guides ingredients back toward the center of the bowl. Motor feedback automatically adjusts power according to the load as the dough becomes heavier. Large Capacity with an Open Work Area The 7 L stainless steel bowl handles up to 5 kg, or 11 pounds, of dough and recipes using up to 1.5 L of dough liquid. That gives sourdough, pizza, sandwich bread, brioche, rye, and whole-grain bakers room for everyday loaves as well as larger batches. The Essential Package keeps the setup centered on the stainless steel bowl and Ankarsrum's primary mixing tools. Optional accessories can be added later for beating, pasta, meat grinding, vegetable preparation, blending, citrus pressing, frozen desserts, and more. Signature Features 7 L stainless steel bowl: Large capacity handles both everyday recipes and substantial batches of bread and pizza dough. Rotating-bowl design: Keeps the mixture visible and leaves the bowl open for easy ingredient additions and adjustments. Adjustable dough roller: Ankarsrum's signature tool works ingredients against the side of the rotating bowl for controlled mixing and kneading. Dough hook: Provides an alternative kneading method for dense, heavy, and larger doughs. Dough knife: Guides ingredients and dough back toward the center of the bowl as it rotates. Motor feedback: Automatically adjusts power according to the load for steady mixing and kneading. Built-in timer: Lets you set mixing and kneading times of up to 12 minutes. Expandable accessory system: Add optional Ankarsrum accessories as your baking and cooking needs grow. Cloudy Pink finish: The soft pastel pink gloss finish gives the Assistent Original a lighter color treatment alongside its stainless steel bowl and metal controls. Made in Sweden: The Assistent Original is produced and assembled in Sweden, and every machine is individually tested before leaving the factory. 7-year factory warranty: Ankarsrum backs the Assistent Original machine base with a seven-year factory warranty. From Our Founder "The Essential Package is the version to consider when dough is the main reason you're buying an Ankarsrum. You get the large stainless steel bowl and the tools that define the machine, then you can add only the accessories that fit the way you actually bake."
