Ancho Poblano Pepper Seeds (Organic)

Ancho Poblano Pepper is a versatile and flavorful variety known for its mild heat and earthy sweetness. The glossy, dark green peppers grow to about 4-6 inches long and have a wide, conical shape, making them perfect for stuffing, roasting, or adding to sauces. When dried, they become Ancho chiles, prized for their smoky, slightly sweet flavor in Mexican cuisine. Thriving in full sun and nutrient-rich, well-draining soil, Poblano Peppers mature in 70-80 days, with fruit ripening from green to a deep red for a sweeter taste. The bushy plants are productive and easy to grow, making them an excellent choice for gardens or containers. Regular harvesting encourages continuous fruit production. This pepper is ideal for dishes like chile rellenos or mole, adding depth and complexity to your recipes. Whether you’re enjoying them fresh, roasted, or dried, Ancho Poblano Peppers bring authentic flavor and versatility to your garden and kitchen.
