AMT PostPro DPX Surface Finishing System

The AMT PostPro DPX system is an industrial, fully automated depowdering and surface finishing solution for 3D-printed parts. Designed to handle large batches of parts, this system delivers consistent, high-quality surface finishing without the use of chemicals. Key Features: Automated Depowdering: Efficiently removes excess powder from 3D-printed parts produced using powder bed fusion technologies like SLS and MJF. Surface Finishing: Improves surface quality by using mechanical methods such as shot blasting, ensuring parts are smooth and ready for use or further processing. Labor Reduction: Minimizes manual labor through automation, reducing production time and operational costs. Large Batch Capabilities: Capable of processing large volumes of parts, ideal for industrial-scale production environments. No Chemicals Required: Unlike chemical-based finishing systems, the DFX uses purely mechanical means for post-processing, eliminating the need for solvents or consumables. Technical Specifications: Processing Chamber Size: Suitable for large batches and oversized parts. Cycle Time: Typically 90-120 minutes per cycle, depending on part geometry and material. Power: 230V three-phase, industrial-grade system. System Footprint: Designed for industrial settings with a robust and space-efficient design. Why Choose the PostPro DFX System? The PostPro DPX is ideal for companies using powder bed fusion technologies like SLS and MJF that need to scale their post-processing while maintaining consistent quality. By automating depowdering and surface finishing, it reduces labor costs and increases throughput, making it a must-have for high-volume production environments.
