Direct Push Liner for AMS® PowerProbe Samplers, 1.5"

Fits AMS® PowerProbe and comparable AMS direct-push samplers — 1.5" OD. This is the soil-core sleeve that rides inside the sampler barrel. If you're running AMS direct-push tooling, this is your liner. An aftermarket replacement liner manufactured by Universal Plastics, a Geotech Environmental Equipment, Inc. company, from medical-grade virgin PVC extruded in the USA. The liner captures a continuous, minimally disturbed core as the barrel is driven and retrieved — stratification is readable through the liner wall on the spot, and the sample reaches the lab intact. Specifications Fits: AMS PowerProbe and comparable AMS direct-push samplers, 1.5" OD Lengths: 48", 60" Style: Standard — plain open liner Material: Medical-grade virgin PVC, extruded in the USA Packaging: Sold by the case — 48 liners per case; 15 cases per pallet (720 liners) Best for: continuous or depth-discrete soil sampling in unconsolidated or coarse-grained soils. In the field: load the liner into the sampler barrel before driving, advance to depth, then retrieve and cap both ends for transport — or split the liner open on site to log and sub-sample. Prefer to open liners without a blade? The Geotech ZipLiner for AMS is the same liner with a factory-scored tear strip, opened with a ZipTool instead of a utility knife.
