The number of pieces is simply an estimate and nicety for our customers to help determine what is needed for a project. We will not entertain refunds based on an expectation that we did not send enough pieces of beads in a shipment.   *DISCLAIMER* - Due to the natural cutting process of stone beads, some strands may include minor variations such as small chips or irregular edges.
