Amethyst Orgonite Pyramid

This is an orgonite piece — chips of natural amethyst and fine metal shavings suspended in clear cast resin, not a solid crystal. Molded into the classic pyramid shape and finished smooth and glossy, the purple amethyst fragments glow against the metallic flecks inside. Each pyramid is hand-cast, so the arrangement of amethyst and metal, color, and exact size vary from piece to piece — yours will be unique and may differ from the photo. Quick facts Material Cast resin with amethyst chips & metal shavings Amethyst content Genuine amethyst fragments, not a solid crystal piece Amethyst hardness 7 on the Mohs scale (resin shell is softer) Color Clear resin with purple amethyst & metallic flecks Chakra Crown & Third Eye Traditionally used for Calm & balanced energy (orgonite tradition) Care Wipe with a dry cloth; keep out of prolonged direct sun Meaning & historyOrgonite is a modern material that combines crystal, metal, and resin in a single cast piece, based on the idea of balancing and cleansing surrounding energy. Here, amethyst brings its own traditional associations with calm, intuition, and spiritual protection, often linked to the Third Eye and Crown chakras. Many people keep an orgonite pyramid on a desk or in a room as a decorative, calming focal point rather than a raw mineral specimen. How to use itSet it on a desk, windowsill, or shelf as a calming visual focal point, or place it near electronics as many orgonite owners traditionally do. Care & cleansingBecause this piece is cast resin rather than solid stone, treat it more like a polished ornament than raw crystal: wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth rather than soaking it, and keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which can yellow the resin and fade the amethyst chips over time. Cleanse its energy with indirect moonlight, incense, or sound rather than water or salt. Frequently asked questionsIs this a real crystal? It contains genuine amethyst chips, but the piece itself is orgonite — resin cast together with metal shavings and crystal fragments. It is not a solid, single piece of amethyst, and we want that clear before you buy. What is orgonite used for? Orgonite is traditionally kept as a calming, balancing decorative piece, often set near a desk or electronics. It is a symbolic, decorative object, not a medical or protective device. Can I get it wet? Keep it dry when possible. Wipe with a soft damp cloth if needed, but avoid soaking it — prolonged water exposure can dull the resin's shine over time. Will it fade or yellow? Yes, resin can yellow and the amethyst chips can lighten with prolonged direct sunlight — display it in indirect light rather than a hot windowsill. How do I cleanse it energetically? Use indirect moonlight, incense smoke, or sound rather than water or salt, which are better suited to raw stone. What pairs well with an orgonite pyramid? Many keep it alongside a raw amethyst tumbled stone for a mix of crafted and natural pieces. Explore more in balance and wellness.
