Amethyst Mala Beads

8mm Beads Mala beads serve as a powerful tool in spiritual practices across various religions, including Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Shintō. Traditionally consisting of 108 beads, a mala is used to count mantras during meditation or prayer, providing a tangible guide as practitioners focus their minds and spirits. The practice of Japa, which involves the repetition of a mantra, is enhanced by the mala, allowing individuals to immerse themselves deeply in meditation. While similar to the rosaries used in Christianity, the mala holds unique significance in each tradition, symbolizing unity, spiritual growth, and a connection to the divine. A little about Amethyst... ~ an excerpt from The Essential Guide to Crystals, Minerals and Stones by Margaret Ann Lembo Amethyst stimulates the third eye and all six “clairs” (or sensory gifts): clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance, clairsentience, clairolfaction, and clairgustation. These are terms for the ability to spiritually see, hear, know, sense, smell, and taste the truth. Use this purple-toned quartz to ward off nightmares and encourage sweet dreams and restful sleep. It is also good to help you remember your dreams.  Amethyst helps protect you from psychic attacks and clears out the negative thoughts of the day.  The purple vibration in amethyst has powerful transformative qualities. To use this vibration in changing unwanted situations, imagine yourself surrounded by a vibrating, glowing bubble of violet light emanating from the stone. As you imagine this, know that all that you are upset about or challenged by is currently being transformed and transmuted into something powerful. Imagine the situation changing to what you do want versus how it currently is. The vibration of your imagination of how you want your life to be combined with the violet light will effectuate change.
