Amethyst Hair Pin

For the Air Goddess — an amethyst-tipped copper pin to hold the updo, and the mood, in place. Sometimes you're mid-epiphany, scribbling notes for the next big venture, and your hair gets all up in your face. Aerow's answer: a French pin crowned with a raw amethyst point — the lavender stone of calm minds and clear intuition. Each crystal is unique, so allow for slight variation in size, shape, and shade; yours will carry its own particular violet. Twist your hair up before the journaling session, the yoga class, the long exhale. The pin is solid copper, and like all natural metal it will patina with time — a beautiful process worth embracing, though a quick pass with a jewelry cloth brings back the full shine.
