Assembly Setting up your American Pinball Houdini Classic machine is a simple and smooth process, designed for everyday users. Assembly would require around 30 to 45 minutes, without the need for special tools or technical skills. Due to the weight of the cabinet (approx. 265 lbs), two people are recommended for lifting and stabilizing during setup, especially when installing the legs and raising the backbox. Main Setup Steps: Carefully unbox the machine using scissors or a utility knife, removing straps and padding without damaging the cabinet. Attach the legs -> begin with the front legs, stand the cabinet upright, then secure the rear legs using the provided bolts. Raise the backbox until it locks into position, and secure it using the two included hex bolts through the mounting brackets. Open the coin door to remove the lockdown bar and slide off the glass. Check for any shipping materials inside and remove them before replacing the glass and lockdown bar. Adjust the leg levelers to properly incline the playfield (target incline: 6.5°). Plug it in and power it on -> the machine arrives with all game code pre-installed and ready to play. There is no software setup or configuration required at this stage.
