Ambergris 10

The scent The artist Try a sample first!  Ambergris, often referred to as liquid gold or a treasure of the sea has been known to be one of the first materials used in perfumery. While its origins are odd, it’s sperm whale vomit that has solidified and washed up on the shore, in perfumery it is a great fixative and adds a magic touch of great longevity to a fragrance. DSH created Ambergris 10 is a vegan accord to mimic a classical ‘true’ ambergris scent; smooth, warm, and ever so slightly salty. Great on its own, for layering, or extending the longevity of your perfume.     Notes include ambergris (vegan accord) and white amber accord. Dawn Spencer Hurwitz is a niche perfumer based on Boulder, Co. She began her perfumery career in Boston's Essence Perfumery. Dawn is a prolific creator, regularly launching scents under her own line as well as aroma-artistic collaborations with the Denver Art Museum, Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, and others.
