The sweater is worked from the top down in a charted pattern, holding 1 strand of each quality together. Stitches are cast on for the yoke, which is worked back and forth with raglan increases while stitches are cast on for the front pieces. When all stitches for the front have been cast on, the work is continued back and forth with raglan increases until there is enough room for the button bands. The button bands are then worked in double knitting before the work is joined and continued in the round with raglan increases. When all increases are complete, the work is divided for the sleeves, front and back, and each section is completed separately. The sections are continued in the round and finished with a narrow ribbed edge. The collar is worked last in double knitting. THE MODEL IS 178 CM TALL AND IS WEARING SIZE M.
