Amazon

The Amazons were not a myth. These nomadic warrior women described by Homer, Virgil, and Plutarch, probably originated in Ancient Libya before travelling to the foothills of the Caucasian Mountains. Burial grounds in Russia have revealed the tombs of some of these ancient warriors buried with their weapons. The Amazons were the first to ride horses and use the bow. So fierce were they, that along their path, China built the Great Wall to keep them out. Dimensions: 16"L x 9"W x 22.5"H, Weight: 19 lb.
