It has a remarkable balance of sweetness and richness, with subtle notes of caramel and vanilla intertwined with the natural flavors of the agave. The tequila finishes with a smoky aftertaste, adding a layer of depth and character. Amatitena Tequila Añejo boasts an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 42%, which provides a warm and smooth drinking experience without overpowering the palate. This tequila is produced in small batches, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and consistent quality. The traditional production methods used for Amatitena Tequila Añejo further enhance its authenticity and excellence. The tequila is crafted using a copper pot still, a classic method known for its ability to produce spirits with exceptional flavor and purity. Additionally, the Tahona process is employed, which involves using a large stone wheel to crush the agave fibers, extracting maximum flavor and character. Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail, Amatitena Tequila Añejo promises a sophisticated and memorable drinking experience. Its craftsmanship, refined flavor profile, and attention to detail make it a go-to choice for tequila connoisseurs and those seeking an exceptional spirit for special occasions. NOM 1477
