Amaran Ray 660c RGB LED Light

Overview The amaran Ray 660c brings serious punch to home studios, commercial sets, and outdoor productions that demand rich color and dependable output. This 660W full-color point-source LED harnesses the power of the OmniColor light engine, producing beautifully accurate tones with a noticeably fuller spectrum. Designed as a single, streamlined monolight with an integrated AC power supply, it keeps your setup fast, clean, and ready for any creative challenge. Color Accuracy That Holds Up Everywhere OmniColor technology pushes the red and blue channels further than previous generations, giving you more control over nuanced hues and improved balance across the spectrum. With impressive SSI ratings of 87 (Tungsten) and 80 (D56), white light appears cleaner, skin looks natural, and mixed-lighting environments become easier to match. Whether you’re relying on its expansive 2,300K–10,000K range—or extending to 1,800K–20,000K with CCT+ Mode—the color fidelity makes every frame feel intentional. Output Built for Bigger Spaces When you need power, this light delivers. The amaran Ray 660c reaches up to 38,500 lux at 1 meter (bare), making it the brightest amaran COB to date. That output gives you freedom to work from farther distances, fill wide compositions, or pair the light with larger Bowens-mount modifiers. Use the included Reflector for a stronger punch, add an optional Fresnel to push your throw even further, or build soft, even light with Bowens-Mount softboxes. Designed for Fast, Modern Workflows With DMX control available through the optional USB-C to 5-Pin DMX Adapter, the Ray 660c easily integrates into professional lighting setups. From synced cues to repeatable lighting patterns, it scales effortlessly for podcasts, music video production, or high-end studio systems. Hands-on adjustments are just as smooth thanks to the tactile FlowTurn knob, while the amaran app makes wireless control simple—pair through built-in NFC instantly, even if the light is still powered off. Built to Handle Real-World Sets An IP54 rating means the Ray 660c is ready for dust, mist, wind, humidity, and unpredictable outdoor conditions. The Bowens-compatible metal mount, dual junior/baby pin yoke, and integrated safety chain bracket all contribute to a rugged design that can be rigged with confidence. With quiet fan performance (max 28dBA), quick-toggle operation modes, custom shortcuts, and 12 built-in lighting effects, it’s designed for creators who move fast and expect their gear to keep up.
