Amanda Palmer is a genetically diverse landrace variety of corn. Selective crosses were made for over a decade by a Hoosier Alchemist distiller to create this flavorful corn. Amanda Palmer is aromatic and has a softness to it. Some have described the flavor as peach, apple, honey, and golden graham, depending how it is used.
