AM-Comp (M, L) - Apex Flex

We designed this high performance template with the competitive surfer in mind. The wide base provides increased drive off the bottom while the raked back profile and refined tip offer an ideal balance of control and release off the top. We paired the side fins with a smaller center fin for increased maneuverability. This coupled with our proprietary SeriesIII foiling make these fins the ideal template for radical, progressive surfing. We're releasing the AM Comp fins in Apex Flex construction; made with a solid piece of precision foiled volan fiberglass for increased flex. “Your volan fins are as good as anything that’s happened to improve how my boards feel in decades, man. Those things are so fluid. The other day I had a session with them where I felt like I was flowing like a fish. It’s hard to even describe. They’re so lively and smooth.  Feels like they down on the drag through turn; with these things, you just speed and glide through the turn.  Everyone I’ve given a set to says they’re the only fins they will ever ride in those boards, for the rest of their lives. These are cutting edge, like we jumped ahead a decade. I’m just so stoked”.   -Skip Frye The AM-Comp fins are part of the Raked family Medium Side Base: 4.52" Height: 4.52" Area: 14.95 in² Rake: 36.7° Foil: Flat Center Base: 4.29" Height: 4.29" Area: 13.39 in² Rake: 36.7° Foil: 50/50 Large Side Base: 4.65" Height: 4.65" Area: 15.9 in² Rake: 36.7° Foil: Flat Center Base: 4.52" Height: 4.52" Area: 14.95 in² Rake: 36.7° Foil: 50/50
