Alvarez ALJ2CE Shadowburst

Alvarez ALJ2CE Shadowburst   Don't let the compact "Little Jumbo" size fool you; this Alvarez ALJ2CE is a serious instrument with a voice that truly sings! This acoustic-electric travel companion boasts a solid A+ Sitka Spruce top, a classic tonewood renowned for its brightness, excellent volume, and broad dynamic range. Sitka Spruce tops provide a clear, strong tone that responds well to various playing styles, which is only enhanced by Alvarez's Advanced Tonal Response (ATR) process that increases stability and resonance, making the wood behave as if it were older and more "played-in". Paired with African Mahogany for the back and sides, you get a focused, woody tone with lively response, adding to the guitar's clarity and note separation. The Little Jumbo body shape is designed with a unique forward-shifted Type 2 bracing and an arched back to maximize the projection and balance often lacking in smaller-bodied guitars, avoiding a "tubby" or "muddy" sound. The African Mahogany neck is shaped for comfort, transitioning from a soft "V" to a "C" profile, making it a dream to play. Plug in using the onboard Alvarez SYS250 active preamp and under-saddle pickup, which brings the guitar's natural, rich sound to life with a 4-band EQ and chromatic tuner. The elegant Shadowburst finish gives this little powerhouse a stage-ready look that will turn heads whether you’re traveling, recording, or just lounging around the house.   Why Buy A Guitar From Palen Music Center?   Palen Music Center has a wide range of unique guitars to enhance the sound of your music!
