Aluminum Handles (Pair)

Say goodbye to cheap plastic handles that fail under pressure. These pro-grade aluminum handles are made for warriors who train with intensity. 1 inch diameter featuring steel eyelets and a 500 lb load capacity per pair, they’re built to last — no cracking, no bending, just consistent grip and performance. Designed to integrate seamlessly with our loop resistance bands but go well beyond just one function! Key Features: Aircraft-grade aluminum body Designed to wrap and lock around loop bands Comfortable padded grips 500 lb max load capacity per pair  Steel-reinforced anchor points Also great for rotating pull-ups, landmine rows, cable machines, and so much more! There are 2 basic methods of use: 1. Wrapped. You can wrap the strap around loop bands, pull-up bars, barbells, machine handles, and more.  Simply align the side with the D-ring so that it connects with the carabiner once wrapped around your desired object.  You can wrap multiple times to get a shorter or tighter grip depending on what you’re using it with.  2. Straightened. You can connect to cable pulleys directly to the carabiner and use for a variety of exercises where the extra 10 inches of length can be of benefit.  Great examples are straight-arm pull downs, tricep extractions, rows, face-pulls, and bicep curls. With so many options, this might be the last pair of handles you ever need to invest in!
