Aluminum 7075 Sheets

Enhance your FRC and FTC robot builds with Aluminum 7075 Sheets, high-strength aluminum panels designed for demanding applications in competitive robotics. Offered by SWYFT Robotics, these sheets provide superior tensile strength and toughness compared to 6061 and 5052 alloys, making them ideal for fabricating custom components that require exceptional durability without excessive weight. Key Features Superior Strength: Aluminum 7075 offers significantly higher strength than 6061 and 5052, providing excellent resistance to stress, fatigue, and impact for long-lasting performance. Versatile Applications: Perfect for creating custom plates, brackets, gearboxes, hooks, and nearly any structural or mechanical part in FRC and FTC robots. Two Thickness Options: Available in 3mm for balanced strength and machinability, or 6mm for maximum robustness in high-load scenarios. Large Sheet Size: 700mm x 700mm dimensions allow for efficient cutting and multiple parts per sheet. Lightweight Yet Tough: High strength-to-weight ratio helps optimize robot weight while maintaining structural integrity.
