Altra | Experience Flow 3 | Women's | Blue

Whether you’re new to Altra or a longtime fan, the Altra Experience Flow 3 is an ideal entry point into the brand’s lineup of neutral running shoes. Designed to feel approachable and efficient, this daily trainer features a gentle 4 mm heel-to-toe drop, offering a smoother transition than traditional zero-drop models while promoting relaxed lower-leg mechanics and natural movement. For this third iteration, Altra refined the fit and feel with a redesigned heel collar for added step-in comfort and a softer, more breathable engineered mesh upper. The result is a distraction-free ride that feels just as good on daily road runs as it does during post-run errands or casual wear. Underfoot, the trusted EGO™ P35 midsole foam returns with a slightly plusher tuning, delivering softer landings without sacrificing the lightweight responsiveness runners loved in version two. Paired with an updated sockliner, the Flow 3 provides smoother, more comfortable transitions as mileage builds. To round out the updates, increased outsole rubber coverage improves durability and traction for consistent performance on the road. Comfortable, versatile, and easy to run in, the Altra Experience Flow 3 is a reliable daily trainer built to keep your stride smooth and your miles flowing day after day. UPPER Engineered mono mesh creates a softer one-piece feel with stylish breathability and incorporates a refreshed heel collar. The upper is 63% recycled, with a plush tongue that's 100% recycled. MIDSOLE EGO P35 is a compression-molded OBC (olefin block copolymer) blend, created for lightweight, balanced, and smooth running economy. It combines with a new sockliner and TPE strobel layer for an improved underfoot feel. Rocker geometry produces seamless and easy transitions from foot strike to toe-off. OUTSOLE Rubber compound delivers an excellent blend of strong grip, natural adaptability, and improved durability.
