Alto Canto 4 Year Reposado Tequila

Discover Alto Canto Reposado Tequila, the pinnacle of high-altitude craftsmanship distilled at 9,000 feet in Mexico's Jalisco mountains using certified organic Blue Weber agave slow-cooked for 72 hours in brick ovens, gently crushed by tahona stone, and naturally fermented with wild endemic yeasts for a uniquely smooth profile thanks to lower-pressure distillation. Aged just four months in new American oak barrels within breathable adobe structures, it bursts with enticing aromas of tangerine, candied orange peel, apple cider, and candy corn, unfolding into a dessert-like palate of salted caramel, crème brûlée, biscotti, nutmeg, and cinnamon—additive-free, kosher-certified perfection that's ideal for sipping neat or elevating autumnal cocktails with its fruit-forward elegance and subtle spice. Alto Canto Reposado Tequila is crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber agave at 9,000 feet in Mexico's Sierra del Tigre, Jalisco—the highest altitude distillery for any tequila. It's then aged 4 months in new American oak barrels within breathable adobe structures, yielding a smooth 40% ABV spirit under NOM 1636. Gentle aromas of vanilla, lime, apple, cherry, earth, caramel, and oak emerge, with subtle flint and roasted agave. Silky and balanced, featuring vanilla, caramel, honey, toasted almond, thyme, cherry, wood, dried fruits, moist soil, and a peppery kick. Prolonged and exquisite, with lingering milk chocolate, soft oak, and a smooth, slow fade. This Tequila de Altura leverages high-altitude distillation for lower-temperature alcohol evaporation, creating exceptional smoothness and purity without additives. Endemic mountain yeasts and malolactic fermentation deliver unique terroir-driven flavors, while adobe-aged oak extraction breathes in local earthiness. Certified organic and traditionally crafted in small batches, it reinvents tequila with unrivaled nuance. Savor neat or on the rocks to appreciate its silky depth and prolonged finish.
