Alston House Plan

The Alston home plan's modern Prairie styling is visually fresh with its stone accents, metal clad hipped rooflines and louvers details. The open split plan with three bedrooms, two baths and 1808 square feet of living area lives much bigger than its size. The home's casual living is augmented by combined great room, kitchen and informal dining spaces. The home's foyer enters into the generous great room, which is the central hub of the home. To the right of the foyer is a convenient study, accessed by double doors. The home's dining area offers generous views with various windows. The master suite is secluded to one side of the home. The room's ample sleeping area, closet and bath area create a master oasis. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower to pamper its owners. Storage is in abundance in this home with many closets for organization and walk in closets in all bedrooms. All major rooms open onto rear veranda making it ideal for water oriented living. To the right of the Alston home plan, two guest bedrooms and a hall bathroom reside. The secondary bath adjoins bedroom three for private use. As additional linen closet can be found in the hall. Across from the hall bath is the utility room with garage access. The utility room offers yet another linen closet. The Alston home plan is a great selection for families of any age or size.  Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
