Mount on an Alpha® VSP-320 or AIR-680 polisher for wet use, or a Makita GV5000 sander with an Alpha backer pad for dry use. Step through grits in order: #80 → #120 → #240 → #320 → #400 → #500 → #600. Run wet for best results — supply water at the disc face for dust control, longer life and a higher-quality finish. Apply light, even pressure; let the abrasive do the work. Inspect each disc and replace when the silicon carbide is worn smooth.
