On the palate, expansive flavors of lemon curd, pineapple cake, and vanilla parfait mingle with hints of pie crust and fried plantain, culminating in a long, vibrant finish. Aged for 18 months “sur lies fines” in French oak, this wine delivers richness, depth, and a sophisticated character that embodies the essence of Napa Valley Chardonnay.
