Excellent survivability performance - flavor and aroma will carry through when used hot-side or early in fermentation. Aroma & Flavor Characteristics: Peach, yuzu, apricot, melon. Alora has significant quantities of bound 3MH (6X - Cascade) lending to additional flavors of passion fruit, gooseberry, and guava when released through mash hop, kettle, or when using an enxyme or yeast strain that can express bound thiols. Alpha Acid: 7 - 10% Beta Acid: 3 - 4% Total Oil: 0.5 – 1.0 mL/100g
