Almacita Brut Sparkling Chardonnay

Tasting Notes The Almacita Brut Sparkling Chardonnay presents a bright, inviting aromatic profile, opening with fresh green apple, lemon zest, and white peach layered over delicate notes of brioche and crushed stone. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, driven by Chardonnay’s natural acidity and purity of fruit. Fine, persistent bubbles carry flavors of citrus, pear, and subtle almond, while a clean mineral finish adds finesse and length. Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, the wine showcases the varietal’s elegance and versatility in sparkling form, offering both freshness and a gentle creaminess from time spent on the lees. This sparkling wine pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes thanks to its vibrant acidity and refined texture. Fresh oysters, ceviche, and sushi highlight its citrus-driven brightness, while soft cheeses, lightly fried seafood, and herb‑roasted chicken complement its subtle richness. Its refreshing profile also makes it an excellent companion for brunch fare such as smoked salmon, quiche, or simple pastries. 750ml
