5DEV Alloy Handlebars

5DEV Alloy Handlebars are built for riders who demand strength, control, and clean ergonomics across trail, enduro, downhill, and full-power eMTB riding. Designed and tested in-house in San Diego, these bars are engineered to pair perfectly with 5DEV Titanium and Aluminum stems while standing up to the most demanding riding environments. Machined from high-strength 7075 aluminum, the Alloy Handlebars strike a careful balance between stiffness and compliance. The goal is simple: precise steering when you need it, reduced rider fatigue when the ride goes long, and confidence when the terrain turns aggressive. Whether you’re lining up for a downhill race run or pushing the limits of a high-torque eBike, these bars are rated and built for the task. A full 800 mm width provides leverage and stability, while a carefully selected sweep and rise profile promotes a neutral wrist position and improved upper-body ergonomics. The result is a handlebar that feels composed at speed, controlled in rough sections, and comfortable over long descents. 5DEV Alloy Handlebars Specs at a Glance Intended Use: Trail, Enduro, Downhill, eBike Width: 800 mm Rise: 30 mm (35 mm clamp), 40 mm (31.8 mm clamp) Backsweep: 7° Upsweep: 5° Material: 7075 aluminum Weight: 335 g Finish: Type II hard anodized Color: Black Rating: Downhill / eBike approved Design Benefits High-Strength Alloy Construction: 7075 aluminum delivers excellent stiffness and impact resistance.
