ALLIED ST03 Premium Headset

The ALLIED ST03 Headset is a result of four years of experience with integrated cable systems, listening to our shops, and multiple design iterations.  The new headset is designed specifically for our updated ST03 Integrated stem.  We collaborated with Wolf Tooth to starting from their Premium IS headset to develop a custom top cap and spacer system for smooth lines matching the profile of our ST03 stem design.  The spacers are custom shaped in two interlocking halves that allow them to be removed without the need to disconnect brake hoses.  At the heart of the headset are Enduro Stainless bearing.  Additionally, we've developed a custom compression plug that allows the brake cables to pass through the steerer tube, headset and stem while retaining the ease of adjusting a normal compression plug.  It's all the glamour of internal cable routing, but none of the hassle, and no specials tools are required for adjustment.     Please select the the amount of stack spacers.  This will indicate the stack we used for building your bike.  We default to 30mm for maximum flexibility.  If you need help translating your fit onto the ALFA or ECHO, please contact us and we can help you select the correct set up.
