Allegra House Plan

In the beautiful Allegra plan, the square columns, distinctive Palladian and bay windows all compete for your immediate attention. The Allegra plan's centerpiece, an impressive open great room, features a fireplace, built-in cabinetry and French doors under a vaulted beamed ceiling. A trio of gable-topped dormers dominate an elegant wraparound porch of the Allegra plan. This beautiful design is accented by its slumped arches and wraparound front porch - capturing the essence of country living. Sunlight floods in from double transom fan lights accentuating the front entry. The columned front porch of the Allegra and the varied rooflines are sure to catch attention. In the heart of the home the kitchen provides specialty cabinetry with its pass-through bar and central island. Several interior columns help define the formal dining area and showcase the pass-through bar. The kitchen has a large center island for additional counter space. The breakfast nook looks out to the rear porch through floor to ceiling windows. Upstairs, a pair of spare bedrooms feature built-in desks and walk-in closets. A stepped ceiling, walk-in closets and a lavish bath complement the master suite. Loads of walk-in closets and storage spaces are common. Second-story bedroom occupants will enjoy either a built-in desk and/or the charm of a dormer view. The master bedroom of the Allegra plan has two large walk in closets. The master bedroom has french doors leading out to the rear porch. The master bath houses a whirlpool, a walk-in shower and a double vanity. There is a separate water closet for privacy. This lovely floor plan offers 2334 square feet of living area, and the plan has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The plan is designed with a crawlspace foundation.
