All Purpose Base Coat - Step One

PACKED FULL OF FLAVOR! This is your first step to pro level controlled cooking. Apply our Step One Base Coat and allow to permeate deep into the meat to create a natural exterior “sweat” binder. Wait at least 10 minutes for the magic to happen, then apply one of our Step Two Rubs and wait at least 10 more minutes before cooking. By separating the two different layers and steps, you’ve locked in flavor internally, while still being able to apply as much Step Two Rub as desired - all without over salting. Need a little more salt and spice next time? Add more Base Coat. Cook like a pro, cause you’re in control! (Base Coat also works as a heck of an all-purpose seasoning on its own and is great on veggies!) Perfect for any meat. Gluten free. Contains MSG cause it's delicious.  Each bottle has a smudge-proof and waterproof label. This makes em easy to clean as we know y'all get messy at times!
