** ALL NEW ** Green Chile Seasoning

Green Chile Seasoning is our celebration of the flavors of the American West. Inspired by the food traditions that run through Arizona, New Mexico, and our home here in Colorado, this blend puts the unmistakable flavor of Hatch green chile front and center. Made with Hatch green chile peppers and a carefully balanced blend of chiles, garlic, onion, cumin, and Mexican oregano, this seasoning is savory, earthy, and chile-forward with just a touch of sweetness. While there is plenty of chile flavor, this is not a spicy seasoning. Instead, the peppers build layers of rich Southwestern flavor with a mild warmth that makes this an incredibly versatile everyday blend. Green Chile Seasoning is fantastic on chicken, pork, and beef, but don't stop there. Try it on burgers, potatoes, eggs, roasted vegetables, corn, beans, tacos, fajitas, and anywhere you want to bring a little flavor of the West to the table.
