Fast to Temp, True Neapolitan Speed In about 30 minutes the Classico 2 Pizze reaches up to 932°F, then turns out pizzas in roughly 90 seconds. The HeatKeeper™ refractory floor stores and releases heat evenly while the curved chamber radiates energy across the deck, delivering crisp bases and beautifully blistered toppings. Why This Oven Excels Ready-to-Go Gas: Simple, reliable heat; add the Hybrid Kit to burn wood when you want. Optimized Deck: 23.6" × 19.7" cooking surface with interchangeable refractory bricks. Precision Feedback: Built-in pyrometer helps you read chamber temps accurately.
