Aletha The Set Set Your Body Straight. The Set includes everything you need to relax tight muscles and align your core, head to tail: Tight Hip Twisted Core - The Key to Unresolved Pain: Written by MPT Christine Koth, founder of Aletha, this book will cover how tight hip flexors can twist your alignment and affect your entire body. Learn what activities will immediately resolve your pain, and restore your body to its optimal state. The Mark: Our new and improved Hip Hook is designed to release tension in both the psoas and iliacus muscles, the most important first step towards an aligned and pain-free body. No more pressure and pinching from the lower back and hips, down to the feet, and up the chain to the neck and head. US Patent No. 11,246,791 The Orbit: This hip release ball is the ideal density and size to release deep muscles in the back of the hip like the glutes and piriformis that become tight because of tension in the hip flexors. Additionally, this ball is used to apply broad pressure for releasing the general hip flexor region, making it an ideal warm-up for the Mark. The Band: This hip resistance band is crucial to resolving pain by strengthening your hips and glutes after releasing your hips with the Mark and Orbit. Our band comes with a manual of PT-approved exercises to get you started. The Range: Tight hips work their way to the neck and shoulders. Add in poor posture and stress, and you'll need the Range to eliminate tightness at the base of the skull, neck, pec (chest) and upper trap muscles. When these muscles are relaxed, relief from stress, neck and shoulder pain, and headaches are now possible. US Patent No. D982,769 Allergy information: These products contain parts made of thermoplastic polyurethane, polycarbonate, thermoplastic elastomer, and latex. Video Instructions
