Aldwin House Plan

The Aldwin floor plan understands the importance of family time and is designed to maximize those special moments together. The gourmet kitchen has the open concept look that opens to a breakfast nook for everyday meals and the leisure room with a built-in entertainment center. The large walk in pantry can be used to house small appliances as well as canned goods and dry goods. The nook has sliding glass doors that lead out to the rear veranda. This is the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family. There is a formal dining room off of the foyer for more intimate dining. The formal living room overlooks the rear veranda through sliding glass doors. There are two guest bedrooms in the Aldwin floor plan that share a full bathroom. There is an attic access with optional drop down stairs. A formal living and dining room are at the center of the Aldwin home, while a spacious master retreat gains privacy on the far side of the plan. The master bedroom of the Aldwin floor plan has sliding glass doors that open up to the rear veranda. There is a large walk in closet for the home owners. The master bathroom has a private water closet. The large oval Whirlpool soaking tub overlooks the window, while the walk in shower is large enough for two people.
