With 48oz and 96oz capacities respectively, these durable pans are ideal for preparing, storing, and proofing dough. Crafted from high-quality aluminum, they ensure even temperature distribution while supporting efficient operations in busy prep environments.   Important Characteristics: Made of durable aluminum to withstand daily commercial use and maintain consistent performance over time. Stackable design helps save space and keeps work areas organized, ideal for high-volume kitchens and bakeries. Available in two capacities—48oz and 96oz—suited for different batch sizes and dough preparation needs. Not dishwasher safe; hand washing is recommended to maintain the pan's surface and finish. Always allow the pan to cool before washing to avoid warping and preserve material integrity. Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge when cleaning to prevent surface damage. After washing, immediately dry the pan completely with a clean cloth or paper towel to avoid limescale buildup. For removing cooked-on residue, boil in water with vinegar for 4–5 minutes to loosen debris before washing. Sold by the unit for flexible ordering depending on kitchen requirements.
