This ultra-premium, unaged spirit is handcrafted in small batches from 100% Blue Weber Agave, grown in the mineral-rich, red volcanic soil that defines the region. Bottled immediately after being double-distilled in copper vertical stills, the Blanco is untouched by wood, allowing the bright, crisp, and complex flavor of the cooked agave to shine through.
