If you have any concerns about quality control, we're more than happy to provide pictures before you make a purchase. We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your Alden shoes. Thank you for choosing Alden, where craftsmanship and tradition come together to create timeless footwear.   Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within: • 10 days of delivery for online orders • 7 days of purchase for in-store orders All returns and cancellations incur a 6% restocking fee due to non-refundable Shopify transaction fees.
