Alden Classic Indy Boot 403

Features: Horween Brown Chromexcel Leather  Trubalance Last Full Glove Leather Lining 270 degree Storm Welt Matched Eyelets and Hooks Neo-Cork Outsole We are proud to offer Alden's iconic Work Boot, model 403. This is the original Alden work boot, in brown Horween Chromexcel leather, made famous in the Indiana Jones movie series, thus its popular moniker, the "Indy Boot". The 403 Indy Boot is built on Alden's Footbalance system and Trubalance last, first developed over 50 years ago.  The Trubalance last provides a superior support system for most foot types, thanks to its long heel counters and rubber Thomas heel. The long inside heel counters allow the foot to be properly supported from the heel to the ball, on both sides.  The high toe box allows for full movement of all toes. The shape of the rubber Thomas heel provides stability and comfort by preventing over-pronation.   The "Trubalance" last runs approximately one-half size large.  We recommend that you order one half size smaller than your typical dress shoe size.   Please read before you place the order Alden shoes are crafted with attention to detail in their Massachusetts factory.  They still use some old machines that are decades old, with some even over 100 years old, to preserve the beautiful traditional details seen in the good old days.  It's important to note that due to the handmade process, some minor imperfections may occur because the shoes are not made by high-tech modern machines with that level of precision. These imperfections are part of the unique character of the shoes and should not be seen as flaws. Just like our feet, no two shoes are exactly the same. If you have any concerns about quality control, we're more than happy to provide pictures before you make a purchase. We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your Alden shoes. Thank you for choosing Alden, where craftsmanship and tradition come together to create timeless footwear.   Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within: • 10 days of delivery for online orders • 7 days of purchase for in-store orders All returns and cancellations incur a 6% restocking fee due to non-refundable Shopify transaction fees.
