The Alaska Early Pea, originating from Europe, is a distinguished cultivar known for its reliability and swift maturation. Characterized by its compact, bushy nature, this pea plant features lush green foliage, presenting an aesthetically pleasing appearance in any garden setting. Its vibrant leaves contribute to the visual appeal while also signaling the onset of pea development. The pods of Alaska Early Pea encase tender, sweet peas, offering a delightful crunch and a subtly sweet taste. These peas are versatile, ideal for fresh consumption, salads, or light cooking, adding a burst of freshness to various dishes. With a rapid growth cycle, Alaska Early Pea typically reaches maturity within 55-60 days, providing an early and generous harvest of flavorful, tender peas.
