Heat water to about 175 F (do not boil). Pour 3 oz of hot water, and whisk until frothy. Add more water to taste. Enjoy! Buying Bulk Sizes:  Matcha powder is a very delicate and sensitive product. Please do not leave an open bag of matcha powder on your kitchen counter – when exposed to elements such as heat, air, moisture, or light, matcha will lose its flavor, freshness, and color within days.  Unopened matcha bags will last about one year if kept in a cool and dark environment. After opening the bag, it should be used within two months.  The best way to keep your matcha fresh after opening is to store it tightly sealed in a cool, dark and dry place, ideally in your fridge. Make sure it’s always tightly sealed, not to get wet. We also recommend allowing it to come to room temperature before opening the container.   ________________________ Refund policy: We stand behind our product, and we offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on the first purchase of a 30g tin. If you are not satisfied with your first 30g tin order, let us know within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked (return required, return label will be provided). Please note that if you purchase multiple 30g tins, we will be able to refund the price of one tin only. Purchases of 100g or 1lb bags are non-refundable.
