It has a moderate elasticity and chewy texture! To achieve a light pink colored rice, you will need to mix 20% of white rice with red rice and cook in the rice cooker. It's chewy even when it's cold, and its beautiful color makes it ideal for rice balls and bento. (20% is a guide.
